Sustainable Seafood Services

Did You Know?

On 12 May 2024, a new Scottish law was introduced that prohibits any commercial fishing vessel from retaining onboard, landing, offering for sale or consigning an egg-bearing lobster (Homarus gammarus) or an egg-bearing edible brown crab (Cancer pagurus).

This is a sustainable fishing practice that we as a business have always adhered to. However, it is now law, and this can only be good for the fishing industry in the long run.

Dedicated to sourcing live shellfish through ethical, sustainable, and environmentally friendly practices.

Based in the East Neuk of Fife, all our shellfish is caught using creels, a method that protects both the shellfish and the seabed from harm. Every product from The Tina Louise is fresh, wild, and responsibly harvested.
