We have worked on, in and under the water all over the world, but Scotland will always be home. At the heart of our family business is a commitment to sustainable and traceable fishing practices. All of our shellfish is creel-caught, never dredged, preserving both the marine environment and the delicate ecosystems in which we work. Scotland is renowned for having some of the finest seafood in the world, and we are passionate about ensuring it is enjoyed locally. By doing so, we aim to minimise our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable food chain.

We offer a range of seafood products, including live lobsters, live langoustines, edible crabs, velvet and green crabs, and whelks. Additionally, frozen octopus is available. For those looking forward to seasonal offerings, we also provide line-caught mackerel, available from May to September. We are fully licensed to land shellfish throughout the year, ensuring that our customers have access to fresh, high-quality seafood whenever they need it.

We welcome trade enquiries and are pleased to offer delivery to restaurants and venues via our small refrigerated van. However, we regret that we are currently unable to supply directly to the general public.
